The DRE annual meeting gives directors of research from large school organizations around the United States and Canada the opportunity to meet and consider pressing issues impacting educational research and assessments. Individual members review major research initiatives and events that are currently affecting their organizations. There are two major presentations on current legislative and data collection issues affecting schools, school districts, and state departments of education.
